How to get a Capitec Bank Confirmation letter on the Capitec App
Open the new Capitec App and Sign in
Chose the account which you would like the bank letter
Click the 3 dots to give you all the options for your account
Select “Send Account Details”
Chose either “SMS” or “Email” and provide the details
Send
You will receive your Capitec Bank Confirmation Letter in your email or SMS.
